The name “Champ’s Chewies” comes from our boxer, Champ, who sadly passed away at the young age of 7. He was such a good dog; loyal and obedient and a real cuddler! We wanted to honor his memory so we decided our dog treat company would bear his name!
All of Champ’s Chewies are home baked, natural with no added preservatives. For that reason it’s best to keep your treats refrigerated once you get them home. (That’s if you can keep your pups from eating them all at once!)
We now have two boxers, one male and one female. Our female is Greta, a three year old flashy fawn boxer. Our male is Ali, also three years old but brindle is his coloring. Ali “rescued” us in 2011 and we couldn’t be happier with him. He and Greta are great company for each other and they really love their treats!
